Trinity House City Explorer treasure hunt now available in partnership with Wildgoose
Trinity House, the elegant working home of the General Lighthouse Authority opposite the Tower of London on Tower Hill, has teamed up with the creative group at Wildgoose to offer corporate bookers a maritime-themed team-building ‘Trinity House City Explorer’ corporate treasure hunt package. Designed to showcase City and Tower Hill landmarks and historic points of interest in a challenging, entertaining and bonding manner, the half-day package is priced at £40 per person + VAT for a minimum of 20 participants and up to as many as 130/180, the maximum seating/standing capacity of the House. The package can only be booked in conjunction with a confirmed booking at the House which is offering 10% off published venue hire rates in support.
Participants meet and depart from Trinity House in groups of five and, armed with tablets as their guide, set about taking the Wildgoose / Trinity House City Explorer challenge completing a series of tasks, questions, photo and video challenges whilst exploring the location and taking in the sights. Teams compete fiercely to earn the most points and be crowned champions. To conclude the event, an awards ceremony reception and/or dinner can take place catered by any one of 12 preferred caterers familiar with Trinity House, and would typically include images and video footage taken by the teams during the day resulting in an often hilarious event finale.
All bookings should be made to Edgar King, Events Manager at Trinity House in the first instance and are subject to availability and the general booking terms and conditions of Trinity House and Wildgoose.
With views incorporating the Tower of London as well as the spectacular new Shard, few City venues close to the Thames are as uniquely well-located as Trinity House. Showcasing the nation’s maritime heritage throughout its five elegant rooms, Trinity House safeguards and displays a cache of artefacts and portraits of royal patrons and illustrious benefactors. Despite its location in the financial heart of the capital, the House is an oasis of calm serenity with the ambience of a grand private residence. Please view www.trinityhouse.co.uk/events
