The Hospitality Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that the general office administration is well managed across both of our museum sites: effectively liaising with suppliers, setting up contracts, filing, managing general information accurately in compliance with the museum’s procedures and policies. Other responsibilities include: administering budget transactions, producing and updating the department’s news and supporting with the delivery of the Hospitality marketing plan, coordinating the design of and sourcing and distribution of all graphic and printed materials such as: brochures, e-banners, standing banners, magazine adverts, leaflets and branded stationery. We are looking for someone who has strong IT skills, namely the proficient use of Microsoft Office software, and the ability to accurately record information on Excel and a CRM. Having experience of working in a busy environment and on concurrent projects would be helpful for this role. To apply for this position, please complete our online application form.
