The Baltic Exchange

Originally named for an 18th-century coffee house that drew merchants from Russia, the Baltic sea and later the world to the City of London to sell their cargos, the Baltic Exchange has always been a venue for folk to meet, do business and entertain their clients in style. Today, at the centre of the global shipping community, the Baltic's global HQ still provides the same high level of hospitality that it has become renowned for the world over.

A 1920s building bang in the middle of the City’s financial and insurance districts, the Baltic Exchange today houses an array of smart rooms for breakfast briefings and three-course meals, as well as a purpose-designed suite of meeting and conference rooms with up-to-the-minute AV facilities and video conferencing kit. The undoubted centrepiece of it all is the imposing Boardroom, panelled throughout with now-unobtainable Cuban mahogany.
